This position is located in Tempe, AZ.
AV Concepts is accepting applicants for the position of CRM Specialist. This individual must have strong lead generation, CRM, and administrative skills.
Minimum 3 years CRM with a proven track record of supporting a busy sales team, as well as extensive CRM and lead generation expertise.
Other Prerequisites Include:
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in the CRM system.
- Responsible for researching and updating data, validating changes to data and managing the duplicate resolution process.
- Establishing, modifying and maintaining lists for targeted marketing, business development, and lead generation.
- Assists with ongoing analysis of the CRM system and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements to ensure that the system continues to support the company’s practices and business development efforts.
- Conducts searches and compiling CRM data and reports for business intelligence.
- Creates and maintains dashboards or ad hoc reports for use in campaign planning and executive reporting.
- Identifies and monitors trends in campaign data and reporting.
- Ensures sales and marketing lifecycles and workflows are consistent and followed.
- Utilize CRM to track sales activity and accountability; follow up with individuals as necessary.
