AV Concepts is accepting applicants for the position of Director of Operations. This individual will be directly responsible for all operational aspects of our organization. The (DOO) will collaborate with ownership and top management to set and maintain rigorous standards for quality and personnel, as well as act as a key driver in cultivating a fun but professional work environment. The DOO will directly oversee our project management team as well as in-house and field technicians, emphasizing the management of the on-site execution, controlling costs such as labor and equipment sub rentals, and driving proper investment in new technologies. An entrepreneurial mind will excel in this position as the culture favors outside-of-the-box thinkers and individuals that want to continually advance, try new things, and never sit still! Only those with a proven track record of staging and events industry experience will be considered.
